New Montage M user here, setting up a two-keyboard rig with the Montage as the primary controller and a Korg Kronos as secondary instrument.
I want to send pedal events (CC64) out to the Kronos so that I need only one physical sustain pedal for both synths. Previously, I had a Nord Stage 3 as the primary, and it made it very easy to enable/disable pedal event propagation. But the Nord has gone away and my first task now is to make sure the Montage can take over the NS3's previous duties (before next week's gig!), including being Gatekeeper of the Sustain Pedal.
Question #1: how to set up MIDI CCs so that pedal events are passed on to the slaved synth? It seems only notes are transmitted by default. I do not want all CCs retransmitted, just pedal events. I haven't yet found a screen that lets me enable individual CCs, but surely that exists(?).
Question #2: is there a quick way to generally disable MIDI, for when I want to play both synths independently? Is this something that can be programmed into a Performance?
